In-Year Applications

Admission to Nursery and reception outside of the usual timeframe of admission and to Yr1 to Yr 6 is managed by the school’s In-Year Applications Process.

Please contact the school for more information and to find out about availability of places.

You will need to :

-  Complete an In-Year Application Form
-  Ask your Parish Priest to complete the Certificate of Catholic Practice
-  Return the above forms together with a copy of your child's Baptism Certificate (if applicable) to    Mrs Levey at St Vincent de Paul School

Once the documents have been received, your child's name will be placed on our Waiting List or you will be offered a place if one is available and you are the highest ranking applicant.

The Waiting List will be maintained by the Governing Body in the order of the Oversubscription Criteria (see Admissions Policy below) and not in the order in which the applications are received.

A letter will be sent to applicants in the Summer Term of the current academic year requesting confirmation that the candidate wishes to stay on the WaitingList.
‍If confirmation is not received in writing together with new documentation, the candidate's name will be removed at the end of the current academic year.
